It’s day 51 of 2012 and I am trying. Well maybe not everyday and definitely not as much as I could. Regardless, I haven’t forgotten that my focus for 2012 is DISCIPLINE. It’s a slow process with me, really. And it might take more than a year or two for it to take root, but it’s worth the time! I have become to used to doing what I want at the moment rather than looking on to the bigger pictures and the things I want to accomplish. I need to remember that my life, my time, are not my own.
In February I have been focusing on getting to work on time and taking time daily to count my blessings. So I have been collecting inspiration to help me stay focused.

In the busyness of life sometimes I fail to notice God's presence. The lessons I learn, the graces I receive I often overlook. I write here so I wont forget and hope that in reading along you too will see God's footprint in your life.Categories

Love the inspiration you found on pinterest. A chair on the curb… what a great find! Family stories are so much fun to share. Wonderful list of gifts!
you have posted so little lately – you are one of my favorite people to read – so you must be so busy – and I hope you’re being disciplined – and I suspect you are – but just like that picture – messing up one day – but planning on being perfect tomorrow. That could be me in the picture. I get it. You – me – we still want to be perfect – sometimes I don’t move because the next step seems less-than-perfect – sometimes I’m happy with what happens because it was good – but not perfect – I remember – I remember – there is only ONE perfect – and neither you, nor I, nor any of us, are HIM. See why I heart reading you. Inspiration always needs the source – you are a good source of my friend – imperfect, like me, but an inspiration still.
Oh, and I almost forgot – this was a thank you list – and my favorite was family time – I heart it when family comes together. God bless and keep you and all your family Mari.
